SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals 2026 Closing Ceremony & Solutions Showcase
I’m so honoured that i was invited on the SDG Innovation 2026: Closing
Ceremony & Solutions Showcase, the awarding ceremony of the SDG Innovation
Accelerator for Young Professionals (SDGI) 2026, a prestigious program
initiated by the United Nations Global Compact for young professionals from UN
Global Compact participating companies around the world to learn how to use and
practice the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a catalyst for the
development of new products, services, and business solutions.
This is the seventh year of the program’s global round, and the fourth
time the UN Global Compact Network Indonesia (IGCN) has been running it in
Indonesia since 2023. The SDG Innovation 2026: Closing Ceremony & Solutions
Showcase marks a significant milestone in the 2026 SDGI in Indonesia,
celebrating the remarkable journey of 72 innovators from 18 teams across 18
companies. From identifying sustainability challenges to developing early-stage
solutions, these innovators will showcase their achievements through an
engaging exhibition of innovation booths.
The event also serves as a moment of recognition and pride, as we
announce the Best Innovator Teams, selected for their outstanding innovation,
leadership, and impact. These teams will be invited to attend the UN Global
Compact Leaders Summit in New York on 22-23 September 2026, representing
Indonesia’s growing contribution to youth-driven corporate innovation for the
